Wagoner Animal Cruelty Case Postponed

The hearing on Tuesday, May 11th in Wagoner regarding Summer the Boxer Puppy has now been rescheduled for a conference docket for June 1 at 3:00 p.m., Wagoner County Courthouse. We will learn whether David Collier will accept a plea offer from the Wagoner District Attorney’s office or whether the case will go to trial.
