City animal control facilities have been overrun with stray animals or animals abandoned because of our economic recession. Sadly the majority of those animals are euthanized due to space and time constraints. The Humane Society of Tulsa is hoping to ease that burden in our neighboring community of Owasso with the help of our sister location the Humane Society of Owasso.
The HSO grand re-opening will be a fun event with lots of local pets looking for homes. Other activities include:
*Free Refreshments
*$20 microchipping for anyone who wants to bring their pet (10-12 A.M.)
*Door Prizes
*Free pet food to all adopters
Join us for this exciting event supporting our local communities and homeless pets.
When: Saturday Aug. 14th 10:00 A.M.
Where: 8811 B.N.W Owasso Expressway
(At the east end of the VCA Owasso Animal Hospital)
To arrange interviews contact Kiley Roberson at 495-DOGS (3647), or email Kiley@tulsapets.com.

Congratulations to HSO!
