Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl has been a welcome addition to Super Bowl Sunday for the past 13 years bringing together America’s love of dogs and football. This year, Tulsa gets its very own Puppy Bowl to add to the mix.

Saturday, Feb. 4, stop by R Bar and Grill between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. as the Tulsa SPCA and Humane Society of Tulsa showcase 20 of their adoptable puppies. All dogs will be available for adoption from their prospective rescue. The event is free and donations are encouraged.

Also on Saturday, Midtown Kia will be hosting a Super Bowl Adoption Paw-ty. Oklahoma Alliance for Animals and Horizon Animal Heroes will be on site from noon to 4 p.m. In addition to adoptable animals, there will also be $10 microchipping with registration, free pet tags, free hot dogs, face painting and raffle items.

And of course, don’t forget to watch Puppy Bowl XIII on Animal Planet at 2 p.m. Sunday.
