Miami Animal Alliance

The Miami Animal Alliance, along with Animal Shelters and Rescue organizations from the 4-state area are hosting an adoption event and non-professional dog show, November 6, 2010 -9am to 4pm at the Northeastern A&M Arena located at 200 I Street NE in Miami, Oklahoma.

Adults, children and families are encouraged to attend. Several animal rescue groups, as well as Miami Animal Alliance will be present with dozens of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens looking for forever homes. The event also features a non-professional dog show and competition that everyone is welcome to attend. A local Girl Scout Troop will be there showcasing their training efforts with the shelter dogs from the Miami Animal Alliance. The event will feature pet merchandise, food vendors, a silent auction and a bake sale. We will also have Veterinarian booths, where new adopters can get pet care advice. Admission and parking is free. The Dog show and competition fee will be only $5.00.

Miami Animal Alliance is focused on helping make the community aware of the plight of homeless animals, to educate on preventing unwanted pets, and above all to help our animals and those of the surrounding shelters find their forever homes and reduce the staggering number of euthanized pets in the 4-State area.
