It’s time for the annual Studio D (formerly Moto Photo) “Cutest Pet Contest” starting January 2, 2012, through February 29, 2012. Participants receive a free sitting, plus a 5×7 portrait with a $10 donation to the Tulsa SPCA. All proceeds benefit the Tulsa SPCA, and the Grand Prize, First Place, and Second Place winners will receive cash awards and will also be featured in the May 2012 issue of TulsaPets Magazine.
Hurry on out to Studio D and get your pet’s portrait, while also helping a great local cause!

Sign up for a Saks card (or shop with the one that you already have) and Saks will donate 5% of your Saks credit card purchases this February to Tulsa’s Animal Rescue Foundation.
ARF has been finding responsible owners for homeless pets for more than 20 years. Their mission is to rescue pets from area kill shelters and place them in forever homes.
You will need to designate at the register when you check out that you want the donation from your purchase to apply to ARF. Be sure to do this every time you shop at Saks in the month of February!

All along the lower level of the mall, you can visit with a number of area rescues including:Tulsa SPCA, Animal Rescue Foundation, Tulsa Boxer Rescue, Oklahoma Westie Rescue, Sooner Golden Rescue and Lab Rescue between 10am-5pm Friday-Saturday and noon to 5pm on Sunday! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and it’s time to show your valentine how much you love them.
On Saturday, February 11, York Event Photography will be offering special package prices (starting at $20) for those that donate $10 to Partnering for Pets.
Bring your furry valentine or your favorite valentine to Southern Agriculture in Owasso between 10am-4pm to have a beautiful portrait taken to remember the ones you love. Not only will you have a wonderful memory of your valentine, you will also be helping homeless pets!

The annual event brings cat lovers together at the Tulsa Historical Society’s beautiful Travis Mansion to enjoy samplings of premier desserts including cheesecake, bread pudding, pie, cake, and cookies from some of Tulsa’s finest restaurants. Sip a cup of gourmet coffee or enjoy a glass of punch or wine.
An assortment of gift baskets and other items will be presented for a silent auction. These themed baskets of food, fragrances, flowers, sports items and more make wonderful Valentine’s Day gifts for people and their feline companions.
Local businesses have donated merchandise for many of the baskets. Each donation is recognized and tax-deductible. Anyone who wants to donate and showcase their products or services may contact StreetCats to participate.
We will also have our annual “Nancy Adams Quilt Raffle” and music by Ann Southerland Canode.
