ARF’s main mission is to rescue animals from city kill shelters. We also rescue animals from commercial breeders, puppy mills, and from owners who can no longer care for their pets. For 20 years we have been fostering homeless pets and finding them new owners. We are foster home-based, non-profit, and appreciate your generous donations.
