Biscuit Acres Bark Park

Closed until April 29, 2012

5804 E. 91st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma,

Business Hours:   30 min before dawn – 30 min after dusk

Biscuit Acres Dog Park at Hunter Park indefinitely re-opened on Wednesday, May 25 and will be open 7 days a week during Hunter Park operating hours from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The first month of re-opening is critical for maintenance and public education on the park rules. The grass will be closely monitored for wear and tear during the summer months.

Having been closed for about one year, people using the park should remember, especially, no children under the age of 12 are allowed inside the park. Also there is a spay/neuter requirement for all dogs 6 months or older.

There is a new age limit for the dogs. Puppies have to be at least six months old to enter the dog park. Again, this is for the safety of your pet, as they are not fully immunized until the age of six months.

With the drainage issues now resolved, the gate on the far side of the park will now be open to enter the small dog area. There will be NO access to the small dog park from the large dog side of the park. It is much safer for the dogs and the owners if small dog park users do not cut across the large dog park area either carrying their dog or with their dog on a leash.

The rules are posted inside & outside BA. They are for the safety of all who visit the dog park. Let’s all do our part to keep it safe and fun for everyone.

Thank you for your support!
