Dogs Deserve Better-Oklahoma is focused on helping the chained dogs of Oklahoma. Our focus is on education, community outreach, rescue,spay/neuter, rehabilitation, adoption and networking. We do not have a shelter facility, so we absolutely depend on the kindness of others to open up their homes and provide safe, temporary housing for our rescues.
